WHERE DO I GET THE PARTS?
Biggest place for LEGO parts is bricklink.com so that’s my main recommendation! You will get bricklink source file that can be imported on site and it will find all the needed parts automatically (tutorial here).
*LEGO Pick a Brick service is not enough, you won’t find all the needed parts there because of very limited part library. And my source files won’t work there also, so you won’t be able to find all the parts automatically.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO ORDER THE PARTS I NEED FROM BRICKLINK (OR OTHER SHOPS)?
In description tab for each design I have approximate cost for parts. If you want to order a custom design, I will also be able to tell your some approximate estimates for my design in advance. My cost calculation is based on average cost for all parts in bricklink.com (just the parts). This may change a bit depending on your location. Shipping costs are NOT included in my calculations!
CAN I BUY A REAL SET/PARTS FROM YOU?
No! I don’t have the parts. And it would be too expensive to do this just for one model. The problem is that there are just too many part/color combinations and I would need a very large (and expensive) amount of parts, just to cover most common designs. So its not really possible right now, maybe in the future.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Right now the only option on site is PayPal. But if you can’t use PayPal and want to try a different method I can prepare different payment methods off-site, send me a message, maybe I can help.
Yes, I can design custom version (that for example will match your personal vehicle or any other version you want), with added features/design elements of your choice. That will cost about additional $5. If you want a custom version for existing model, send me a message so we can discuss all details!
