I finished my LEGO collection of modern Toyota Land Cruisers. I have all designs of all modern Toyota Land Cruisers (by that I mean, all models after Toyota Land Cruiser 100). Most of the models are uploaded on site, except some very unpopular versions, like some SWB 3-door versions of Land Cruiser Prado
My current collection:
-Toyota Land Cruiser J300 (2021):
One of my favorite Land Cruiser designs in LEGO. Works really good, especially for such new and modern shape. It can be built with different grille styles, depending on preference.
-Toyota Land Cruiser Prado J150 (2021 and 2015)
This is smaller Land Cruiser Prado Version. Very common in Europe. New 2021 version is my weakest design of all Land Cruiser models, it was not really possible to realistically recreate that front end shape. My version have grille a bit too vertical, looks more like Rolls Royce grille. Lights can’t have that exact shape, and my design requires small stickers to recreate fog lights. But I needed this model too, so I can complete my collection.
2015 – looked also impossible at first, but I found one way to this. Its a bit too square and sharp, but it looks recognizable. I didn’t upload separate pre-facelift version, but that version can be built from this 2015 first facelift design with different color parts in grille, to separate that part from headlights with body color part between grille and headlights.
-Toyota Land Cruiser J200 (2008)
Also known as Land Cruiser V8 in Europe. This is standard shape design, used in many of my previous SUV designs. Very simple to build. All designs that use this shape have small issue, that front end looks a bit short. There is no way to solve that since even if I move windshield back by 1 stud its already too much and then front end looks way too long. Its not a bit issue, look worse in renders than in real life. And yes, I can use that other more vertical windshield part, but it does not look better.

-Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 2008
This is might be the most common Land Cruiser still on the roads in Europe. So for this generation Prado is also uploaded that very uncommon 3-door version. This model is very very popular in silver color, but its not possible to use this color in LEGO designs yet, since it requires wheel arches that right now (May 2022) are not in light bluish gray color. For 3-door version I used dark bluish gray color instead, but it does not look close enough.
I will continue with older Land Cruiser designs. I should have complete collection of every old and new Land Cruiser design by the end of May 2022.
